HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

You can use the booking section on this website, complete and submit the form!
Please be patient as sometimes there are high volumes of booking requests at a time. If your booking request is accepted, Anna will contact you to set up a date and time!

WHAT DOES “BOOKS OPEN/CLOSED” MEAN?

In Anna’s Instagram bio, she has posted either “books open” or “books closed”.
When you see that books are closed, this means Anna is not currently accepting new clients/projects. When books are open, she is!
If you are already an existing client and/or have an unfinished project this does not apply to you and you can submit a booking request at any time!

HOW MUCH WILL MY TATTOO COST?

It isn’t possible to know a price until Anna has gone over your booking request form. Anna prices by the piece (not by the hour) and if your request is accepted she will give you an accurate price estimate before booking.

HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay any way you like! Anna can accept cash, credit card, debit and e-transfers.

DO I NEED A DEPOSIT?

Yes, Anna does require a deposit to book an appointment. The deposit amount varies depending on the value of the tattoo. Anna will tell you the deposit amount before booking. Once you choose an appointment date, Anna will send you an invoice for the deposit which can be paid online. The deposit must be paid at least 2 weeks before your appointment, or your appointment may be cancelled.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will come off the total cost of your tattoo. If your tattoo requires multiple sessions, the deposit will be deducted from the last session.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

Cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit. However, if you would like to reschedule you can contact Anna via email to let her know. You must do this 48hrs or sooner before your appointment. If you do, your deposit will still be valid and can be used for the rescheduled date. If you do not let Anna know in advance, or you do not contact her at all, your deposit will be forfeit.

Exceptions may be acceptable in case of an emergency.

WHEN DO I SEE MY DESIGN?

Due to a high volume of work, Anna completes designs the day prior to appointments to be ready to be viewed on appointment days. She does not send designs in advance!
Some minor changes can be accommodated the day of the appointment. If there are major design changes that need to happen, your appointment may be rescheduled at Anna’s discretion.
If this happens, deposits will not be forfeited and will still be available to use for a new date, unless the changes are due to a last minute decision that is different from the form filled out at the booking request.

WHERE IS THE STUDIO?

Anna works at Empire Studios located at 1068 Dundas St. in London, ON She is by appointment only, please schedule a date and time before arriving at the studio.
